Wow. You definitely have the grades and test scores suitable for Cornell and the other Ivy Leagues. Really good public universities in the US that might suit your academic level include University of California at Berkeley or Los Angeles, University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and the University of Virginia. Good private schools that you might want to look at include the University of Chicago, MIT, Stanford, and Duke University.

These are pretty much the top schools in the nation and, from what I see, you definitely have the test scores and grades that make it worth your while to apply to most of them. They are just recommendations based on your level of academics though. I’m not too sure what you are looking for as far as social scene goes.

The UCs do not offer much aid. Check this for colleges that meet financial aid. Be mindfun that some of these colleges do not offer such aid to int’l students or only accept one gender.

All the colleges on the list are reachable, though some will be reaches for everyone. In general, you should have a good chance of acceptance to colleges ranked higher than 20.

This seems strange, but the more expensive the school, the more likely you are to get a good financial aid package. I think you have a really good change for a lower ivy like Cornell or University of Pennsylvania, but also apply to some top ivies.
