High School: I go to a large, nationally recognized public high school. Three students were accepted to Harvard last year.
GPA: 99.41 (weighted), 98.41 (unweighted)
AP scores: AP European History (only 5 in the school), AP US History (5), AP Physics B (5), AP Calc AB (5), AP US Government and Politics (not taken yet), AP Psychology (not taken yet), AP Stats (not taken yet), AP English Literature (not taken yet), AP Macroeconomics (not taken yet)
Course load: I have taken the most challenging courses offered to me, including 9 APs, and numerous honors and accelerated courses
Recommendations: Two of my recommendations will range from good to very good, and one will be amazing.

Brown and Yale would be considered reaches for everyone, especially unhooked applicants. That being said, I would expect you to get into most, if not all, of your other schools.

@Iceribbongirl - I’ll second Tman1005 - you will get into most of these schools, and I think you will be a competitive candidate at all of them, including Yale. Of course Yale and peers have too many competitive candidates, and it’s tough to predict who will get in and who will not. Good luck!

Your SAT scores are fantastic, however, if your EC’s aren’t impressive in comparison to others (which I obviously won’t know), the upper tier LAC’s move from high match to low reach. Good luck!
“many clubs”. Sounds like there’s nothing you really care about, or care to focus on. Sure you’ve got good grades, but the way you spread yourself thin and arbitrarily throw clubs onto your resume…

my friend got deffered from brown with 2270 sat. no subject test. and 3.9 gpa i believe.
i have another friend that got deferred from uchicago but then got accepted. he had 2200 sat 800 math 2c and chem subject tests. 4.0 gpa. that being said, you have a good chance at all of these.
