<p>I got into Mary Washington University with a cumulative 2.76 gpa, and a 2020 SAT, and 790 Spanish with listening SAT II, and a 640 Literature SAT II</p>

Junior Year cum: 3.62
First semester Senior Year cum: 3.79</p>
<p>Third quarter of senior year I got a 2.89 and a D in AP gov, and this quarter is looking about the same. I'm gonna try to do well on my finals, but please, do u think that I am in danger of being rescinded?</p>
<p>Rather than sitting passively worrying, I'd suggest you be proactive about getting the answer to this question from the only people who can answer it: Mary Washington's admissions staff. Talk with your guidance counselor about what is happening, and ask them if you should call MWU or if they could call MWU now to discuss the possibility of that D and how it may affect your admissions offer. They may say it won't be a problem, they may say it will be a problem but give you a way that you can make up the grade (such as repeating the course in summer school). But, don't just sit and worry about this - talk to your guidance counselor now!</p>
