<p>I'm just going to list some things(about 2-4) I already mentioned in CommonApp and write a sentence or two about them.</p>

<p>I mean that's the basic gist of the essay. I also mentioned mine already in my Common App but i detailed it much further in my essay. It's just so they know what kind of person you are, and how you spend your summers.The less info you give them, the less they know? its up to you. - paul</p>

yes essay was a poor choice of words on my part, but I think they give you that much space for a reason. It's up to you.
