Please telll me this isnt a MAJOR screw up i did on my app.

I submitted my online app and reviewed it for the heck of it, then i realized i messed up.

On the ECs section, I put how i co founded my school'd environmental club, but fro some reason it says "national" (level) and "elected:no".!

None are true! Its supposed to be "Local" and "not applicable"!

Is this a major problem or should I just call?

They shoudlnt care, they pretty much just look at your rank. I called once about something I had to put on the application about hours and the response I got was the application is a general application for all colleges so they don't really care about it.

If you are top 10 it's irrelevant. If you aren't, it matters, but not as much as you think.
Your two essays matter almost equally as much as your entire four years of extracurriculars (they are 3/7 of your personal achievement score and the resume is 4/7). One slight change doesn't matter. Honestly, national will make you look better, so you might want to send them an email saying that isn't the case. Chances are they won't find out and if they do won't care, but you don't want to get kicked out later for lying on your app.
