Please urgent help with sir

<p>So I was accepted to UCSB and I want to enroll, however I am an international student and I can't make an e-check payment! I suppose I will have to send my SIR through regular mail but I am still unsure how to make a payment because I can't use the check either way. We don't even have checks here! HELP ME I AM AT A LOSS HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT THEN??</p>

<p>There is an option for the sir that allows you to waive the fee and have them add it to your first quarter bill instead of having to pay it right then. Just go through the SIR process and click this choice.</p>
