I know nova is probably a reach school but please give me your honest opinions of how i match matchup. I am applying to the school of Liberal Arts.

NY
gpa: 3.7 w
SAT: 1250
M:670
CR:580

Honor Society, Varsity baseball, varsity volleyball, deca, held 2 jobs, student government, many hours of community service

As far as I know, the Liberal Arts school is less competitive than the Buisness and Engineering schools, so I think score and gpa-wise, you have a good shot. Villanova likes those who have done a lot of community service, so that’s also a plus. Also, what major are you doing? If you’re doing a less popular major, you may also have a good shot.

I don’t think those two fields (at least the mathematics field) are very overcrowed, so I think that major-wise, you have a bit of an edge. Your GPA isn’t that low, so good luck.

You seem like a good kid and I think Nova will love your ECs. Your GPA is good and I think pretty okay for Nova… but as you know, those test scores are fairly low (for Nova, not in general :)). I think you have about a solid 50/50 chance.

Great love for Villanova! Could you all please chance me too?

+SAT: 2040 ( M:790, CR:610, W:640) – btw, I’m international student.
+GPA: 9.1 on a scale of 10.0 —> relatively high in my country.
+2 community activities with leader position for two years + teaching in a baking course to raise fund for HIV/AIDS patients + attending a SIFE club currently.
+not sure about the essays, but I am spending a lot of time editing them.
