Yale doesn't have ED.

My bad. /fadsfasdfsaf/

Test scores are on the low end. If your high school doesn't regularly send people to HYPSM, your class rank may be low (it seems you need to be in the top 5 if not top 2 if your school has little record with elite colleges). Your ECs are good, but nothing that would really pop out at admissions officers. If your high school has scattergrams, that's your best bet to understand your chances. Don't mean to be mean--compared to most high school students you have an amazing record. It's just that Yale is on a different level in terms of what it takes to get in.

Oh, don't worry, you're not being mean at all, I frankly expected a far worse reply than yours. I understand I have a low chance, if any chance at all, at an Ivy League school.

My high school sends about two students each year to an Ivy League School, usually to Harvard, Columbia, and Cornell. Strangely enough, we have a really poor record for UPenn the last few years, 0/9. Even two students who were accepted into Harvard were rejected from UPenn.

In addition to those Ivy Leage schools, our school also sends about three students each year to top 20 schools, usually to UChicago, Northwestern, and Johns Hopkins.

But now what I ultimately want to know is, should I even apply to Yale? Is it worth my effort, time, and the fee? Or should I just look at schools like NYU, Brandeis, etc?
