<p>ok...so..november 1st is quickly approaching and im still not sure whether i want to apply ED or not. its not because my love for columbia has wavered...but im not sure about my SAT scores. if i apply ED, ill have to live with a 740 verbal, 610 math and 650 writing. my SAT II hist. is 730 and im taking the lit. test. but if i apply RD i can retake and bump up my math and writing scores (hopefully). um...my EC's are pretty much like everyone else's...copy editor of school newspaper, WASC committee, girls baskteball, CSF...etc. i also started the NHS at my school. i know my chances arent that great, but i was wondering if someone could advise me, with my current stats, whether it'd be better for me to go for ED or RD. thanks!</p>
<p>how is your GPA, if you've got at least a 4.0 or above , i'd say go ED..and u can also take the november SAT, Columbia will accept those scores ED!</p>
<p>you should probably just apply ed anyways and you can still take the SAT later and have it sent to Columbia</p>
