I was wondering what my chances were for the UC's and some privates. For the UC's, I applied to Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Diego, Irvine, and Santa Barbara. For privates, I applied to Columbia Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, Carnegie Mellon University, and Brandeis University. Oh yes, and I'm Asian. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee help me!!!! I would appreciate it A LOT!!! :):):):)

It's a long shot, honestly. Your community service looks great, but your scores aren't high enough...perhaps retake the SAT? And concentrate on a few EC's rather than a whole bunch of them; right now it looks a bit scattered. Good luck, though!

umm i think i'm 42 out of 340 or 350 people. a lot of people in my school have been either dropping out or transferring to a new school. i don't reach top 10%. :(

i was really aiming for UC Berkeley. i'm not much of a test-taker. =

what about the privates i listed? i'm already giving up on columbia and possibly carnegie mellon. haha

oh, and i can't retake my SAT's. i'm a senior in high school. :(

Are you in Cali? It might help a little w/ UCs if you are... A little help can go a long way though.
Again...Retake SATs
APs... Don't list them on your App. :)
