This is awesome. I hate to sound like 8034% of the other people on this forum in saying this, but a fabulous personal essay could potentially seal the deal at some of the schools you are thinking of (assuming good teacher recommendations as well). Good luck!

Stats: Great, except that UW GPA may be a little low
ECs: average, you have a lot of cool clubs and organizations but no awards
Summer stuff: sounds like you were productive
Special stuff (hooks, state, etc.): URM, Nebraska is fairly underrepresented in terms of applicants (makes you even stronger)

Stanford: reach, lowish chance (this can always be based on luck though)
Duke: reach
JHU: low reach (i think you can get in)
Northwestern: reach

I’m a current Stanford student and I think you have a great shot at all of those schools-- woman+URM+STEM= tons of acceptances as far as I can tell! Good luck!

Although all are highly competitive schools for admission, I think that you have an above average chance at all of them.

Your intended major is biology, but your chances would increase if applying as an engineering major.

It would be interesting to see your list of schools in order of preference.

Are you applying REA or RD to any schools?

I applied REA to Stanford and am going to apply RD everywhere else
