PLS HELP!! do colleges look at freshman GPA from highschool?

Hi, Im applying as an international student.
I have lived in US for 6years and went to a public school.
My grades since freshman year were pretty good
Freshman: 4.0 both semesters
Sophomore: 1 B+ in first semester & 4.0 in second semester
Junior: 4.0 first semester & 1 B+ in second semester
the thing is these two B's were from both Spanish classes.
Would colleges consider this as bad?

My classes were:
Freshman year: Eng1 honors, World History honors, Geometry (summer), Bio honors, Tennis JV, Drama, and Spanish 1
Sophomore year: Engs2 honors, AP Human Geo, Chem honors (summer), Alg2 honors, intermediate drama, Tennis JV, Spanish2
Junior year: Eng3 honors, Pre-Calc honors, APUSH, AP environmental Science, Spanish3, Tennis varsity
-then I took AP Psychology over the summer (online course)
Senior year: AP Eng, AP Calc AB, AP U.S. Gov, AP Statistics, Spanish4, Tennis Varsity

my weighted GPA for 10-11 would be around 4.38
but if I include freshman year, (none of my honors classes were considered weighted...) it would lower down my weighted GPA to around 4.25-4.27?

Do colleges look at unweighted or weighted? what would they think about my GPA?
and my class rank is pretty good since I had maintained straight A's in most of the semesters
it's 30/766 =3.92%

unweighted GPA including freshman year :3.95
without freshman year: 3.91

its weird cuz my weighted is higher without freshman GPA
and unweighted is higher with freshman GPA

If im applying as an international student, would my chance of getting accepted in college be higher? plus my extracurricular activities are pretty good too.
THe only problem I have is that my SAT is way too low that it does not match with my GPA…
wat would colleges think if my GPA doesnt match SAT? my school is 89% minority and has a good highschool rank and API scores…

American universities limit the number of internationals they admit, so no it is not easier to get into them as an international. However, if you are full pay, they will look upon you favorably.

I see. but do they look at my freshman GPA?

Freshman gpa is usually not a big issue. I think, a potential problem could be whether you took the most rigorous courses possible in junior year? Also how are your standardized test scores? What are your AP test and SAT Subject test scores?

Your GPA is based on all of your high school years, so yes they look at your freshman year grades.

i took 5 AP tests until Junior yr and I got 4 on all of them
Korean SAT 800
Math 2C 740 (T^T)
US History 710…

Your gpa and SAT subject test scores are good. If you do well on the SAT Reasonging, (above 700s in all sections) you should get admitted to all but the most competitive colleges. The most competitive may question the strength of your A grades if you did not earn any 5s, especially in the junior year AP courses. They are also going to wonder about your resolve to work hard, since it was not a very rigorous courseload.
