what are the chances to davis and berkeley with 3.9 unweighted 1440 sat and tennis, ecology club founder, PHAST, Class rep of 2019 and a few other ECs
my uc gpa is around a 4.23, intended major is environemtal science, i also started gardens in the community

You are competitive for both schools. UCD a Match school and UCB a Low Reach school. Hopefully you have more Match schools and one safety on your list.
