Pls help with college selection

<p>I'm an International student from Africa and want an honest opinion about a school that i can attend in America. Below are my criteria:</p>

<p>(1) A school with at least 20% africans(African americans)
(2) Moderately competictive(No Ivy league pls)
(3) Located in NY, MD, PA, NC VA, TX ,CA, FL, GA, NJ preferably(But not limited to those stated).</p>

<p>My SAT is not so impressive. Anyways i’m an above average student. My CR : 550, Maths : 500, WR : 550</p>

<p>Pls i don’t want a competitive school</p>
