(Pls Read) Is this what they *dont* want?!?

Hey, Im a sophomore in High School and pressure is starting to build on me.
I realized that my gpa will not be too high. I have tried and tried but my gpa will be something like 94-96. My class is very competitive. I have a feeling i’ll be 10-15th in my grad class. But however my course load is heavy. When i took the psat and (kaplan sat’s) the results were high.
As a sophomore i get around 1900+ on them.
I will have a fluff of AP’s such as:
European History, US History, Ap Stat, AP Chem, Ap english, Ap government, ap calc, ap bio(mabye) ap physics(mabye) All of my other classes will be Honers tho.

I have somewhat well ExtraC’s and im first violin in out hs orcestra. Im definitely going to try to get a high grade on the SAT’s. Also, I know that in the actual AP’s tests, I DEF THINK i will not get a 5( but im trying).

Overall, Im not this outstanding student. Im average, im a normal kid in the advanced classes. There are not going to be many think that are going to shout out for my application(unless you can suggest one). But I want to go to brown.

I wish college application was like this rubics that teaches give you. do this and this and you will get in Sadly that does not exist. Can you please offer me advice on how to stand out(again, im a hardworker; just not successful). Am im the kid borwn looks for? (and average one) or do i need to go out and start curing cancer?

Please help, i feel like a chicken with its head chopped off wondering through high school not knowing what is going to happen afterwards.

What’s great is that there are so many colleges out there that offer a good experience. So even if you are not a super student, you can get into a college that you like a lot and can have a great experience. I don’t know whether you’ll get into Brown or not, but make sure you find some other colleges that you like as much.

um, imo, a 94-96 is high. ranked 10-15 is high. tbh, at this rate, u look like every other applicant, except the SAT. Bring tht up and u’re in the running.
