<p>so i applied yesterday at 10pm and sent my application, however i did not pay the 65 dollar fee.. so i checked today to pay the fee and couldn't fidn the link to pay...and i called RU Neawrk up and they told me that i have to wait 48 hours fo the system to boot up....i was alil confused so what he meant was that....by 2m 10 pm their will be a link to pay,right? and i am thinkin of sending my SAT score's today from CB and also sending my transcrpt 2m...does tht sound good?</p>
