<p>i am an international student in china and i wanted to ed stern initially, but i cant come up with a good enough essay, so i kinda decided to regular all..</p>

combined superscore: 2180, cr+m 1510
toefl 111
ielts 8
gpa around (unweighed) 3.86
ap physics, ap microecons, ap calc (high sch only offer aps in senior year..)</p>

2) art(hobby) singapore art elective program (kind of scholarship) also has some national and state awards i like art a lottttt
3）student gov. minister of promotion department
4) MUN
5) piano ABRSM level 4 (didnt have time to take anymore exams coz i moved back to china from singapore but i still play..）
6）sports club
7) community service</p>

<p>potential hook for a student in china: used to live in singapore, has permanent residency..
i heard the international pool is less competitive.. is that true?</p>

u chicago: reach (you gotta show you are intellectual enough, not just in the art-y stuff)
