I will get a lil supplement letter from coach but i'm not good enough for recruitment for Division I schools...but how much would my times help me getting into like NYU (they don't recruit tho...)

PLLLLLLLLZ be honest...THANKS for the time (i realized that this is a long post...)

"hope my essay will be allright....."

If your essay sucks real bad, you won't get into any of your top 3.

I think you're set for NYU, though.

You're set for CAS. If you want to get into CAS Scholars, you may need to get either your GPA or SAT up.

UPenn and Columbia are a crapshoot as are all the schools in that category but your scores a bit on the low side for them. I'd place JHU and WUSTL here too.

You should be set for Duke and the rest of the schools on your list.

Honors programs are never guaranteed when you apply to a school so don't count on automatically being accepted into honors programs.

First off: Great Stats! I'm impressed. And don't beat yourself up over the junior year schedule - it probably looks good that you took tough classes.

I think you are in NYU CAS.

As far as Columbia, Penn, and Duke: Your essay will make or break you. I would do something VERY unique...like what if you wrote an essay pretending you were the ping pong ball in the toughest match you have ever had. The ball could compliment you (the player) and could make assumptions about you based on your style or the way you hit it (assumptions that are actually true)...Like (the ball speaking)...He just hit me with a lot of power - a lot of spin - I bet he is good with this hands...Maybe he plays piano? Maybe he gives great massages?

I think adcoms would love it.

haha wow!...thats an awesome idea! thanks everyone for all ur input!

Yeah no problem.

If you ever want to share your essay PM it to me and I would be happy to do basic editing for you.

Good luck and have a good one!
