what are my chances at Cornell?

You don't mention how many of your courses are honors, and that would be important. Your standardized test scores are low for Cornell ... you really need to have close to a 1400 (combined critical reading and math) for Cornell (or 32 ACT). Adding leadership to your activities would also help.

high 3.9
2150
you're a slight match to cornell but retake that ACT/SAT for sure.

there's no honor courses at my school, only some AP:
US History, World History, Calc, Bio (can't replace required bio), European History, Stats, Macro, Micro, & Gov.

If i dont PSEO i'll probably take AP Euro History or AP Stats
