Here is the list of colleges I've been accepted to...

Duke - Pratt
Columbia - SEAS
Carnegie Mellon - SCS (computer science)
Harvey Mudd - engineering
Northwestern - engineering
Michigan - engineering
Wisconsin - engineering

I'm planning on majoring in CS. Even if I happen to change my major it'll be somewhere around physics.

Where would you recommend considering academics and the quality of college life ?

Thank you!

I'm afraid I don't quite understand your post when you write "Harvey Mudd - engineering" and then say that you are going to major in CS.

HMC has a great CS dept ...but would you major in engineering anyways?

I'm not quite sure about Harvey Mudd, but I applied all colleges as CS major and mostly CS was in engineering department... Whether it's computer science or engineering... which one would you recommend???

You should do CS, not engineering if you want to do CS. (seems obvious enough...)

Mudd's CS Dept and Eng Dept are excellent so... yeah.
