plz help!

I am currently attending a county college and have over 79 credits, My dream area of study is Occupational therapy- Early on I wasn't sure about my major but in the past 2 years i have realized this is what i really wanna do
now the problem is that since i already have a lot of credits at CC- I am trying to find a college that offers a combined BS/MS in a reasonable time frame( since i am already 24- i can not do the 5 yr program)

I found one so far Jefferson University which allows transfer students to complete their BS/MS in 3 yrs- this time period is perfect but the only problem here is the cost- Jefferson is really expensive and quite out of my budget--are there any other colleges that offer a similar program?

I’d start with your CC’s counseling center or transfer center. They know which state schools they have articulation agreements with.

Good luck!

thank you for your reply!

i hope they can find me something within the same length in time

but my other question is- IF i do plan on going with Jefferson, is it a good idea to invest 100,000 in school loans to be an OT?

From searching the web i have found that most OT’s usually make 60k at entry level, is it a good idea to withdraw such a loan of large scale?

no – that is a crippling amount of debt
