UCB: Slight Reach
UCSB: Safety
UCSC: Super Safety

You don't say where you're from.

UPENN - Reach
Boston UNiv - Safety
Carnegie Mellon - Match, except CS
Cornell - Reach
NYU - Match
U Mich - Match
Washington Univ in St. Louis - Reach

I don't see a lot of schools on your list that offer merit aid. Maybe CMU and BU. None of the ivies offer merit aid. Michigan is very tight with merit aid, esp for OOS.

Penn - no
cmu - probably not
boston u - probable
wustl - no
nyu - maybe but expensive

with a 1280 unlikely to get much aid.

live in california

I would suggest finding some great safeties on that list. I don't see one school that is a clear safety unfortunately. I think BU is a match. Check out some schools that you would really like to attend. in the 1000-1200 SAT range (old scale).

Ohio University
Cal State - __________
University of Colorado
UNLV
University of Vermont
University of San Francisco

why is ur SAT score low when ur GPA is high?

^^^ Funnyman, stop it.

I know plenty of capable people who have ALOT less of an SAT score than that. NOT EVERYONE has a SAT score on par with their GPA. 1900 is fine (though I will admit it's not in line with the schools he has chosen) and it's not THAT lopsided.

Ugh. People just don't get it. Not everyone has 2000+, nor should everyone with a high GPA HAVE to have a high SAT score.

work on your SATs
