Poetry and effects? SAT Lit help!

I'm using Barron's Lit and it often tests what particular rhymes or pairs of words/lines can make certain effects. How can crack such questions?

Also, for anyone who uses Barron too, do you think that Barron like to test vague or controversy questions? Sometimes I feel that A(correct answer) and B(my answer) could both be correct, depends on a person's perspective.

Thanks!!!

I used a Barron’s book for AP Lang, and the questions were extremely vexing, especially when the answer key started contradicting my perfectly reasoned answers. I was getting ~65% right on Barron’s. I took the real AP Lang test and didn’t feel as if I missed more than a couple. BTW - the Barron’s AP Lang and SAT II Lit books are by the same author, so that only supports my assertion that Barron’s tests are unrealistically difficult.
