<p>me too...although i called the office and the guy told me that for OOS applicants, they select 15 for interviews out of about 350...</p>

<p>actually, according to CollegeBoard, UNC gives away 22 Pogue Scholarships. And this was last year, when the scholarship was strictly available for NC residents. So I'm guessing that the number of scholarships would increase because of the fact that it is open to non-NC residents now as well. I'll keep my fingers crossed.</p>
