<p>If i turned in my app for the early notification date (nov 1) already do i have to get in my pogue app by then too or can i send it laterl.</p>
<p>im pretty sure you can send it in by the normal deadline listed on the pogue app, but someone please confirm this because im not sure, and i'd like to know also.</p>
