redo: My daughter got notified of a phone interview on Sunday 3/13 and the interview was on Monday 3/14. They told her they would notify anyone who makes it to the next round by 3/23.
So if I haven’t been invited for a phone interview by now I can assume I didn’t make it…?
@pterosprite I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but yeah… 
The email I got said all undergrad interviews have to be completed by the end of the day today, and I assume you’re undergrad.
Apply next year though!!! They must’ve seen something pretty great in you if you made it this far. 
@mech423 I figured… Well, at least I can cross two more colleges off my list. Bye bye UCLA, hello conservative Virginia state schools. Congrats though! Best of luck in your final interview!
@ProudMomfromAZ Has your daughter heard yet? I found out today that I wasn’t selected as a finalist
She heard yesterday that she didn’t make finalist either. Said she was one of 82 phone interviews out of 2250 applicants. Really proud of her.
Good luck with other scholarship options. Hopefully you’ve applied to some great LGBTQ supportive schools.
