Hey guys, so I'm enrolled for PS10 next quarter with Prof. Dienstag. I've heard extremely mixed opinions on this class, so I'm wondering what you all think? I'm pretty much done with my GEs, so I really need to get on the Poli Sci track (the other ones are already full).

I'm also enrolled in Geog 4 (Regional Development and World Economies) with Prof. Sivak. Is this class like a lot of charts and graphs and stuff, or more reading about the histories of different econ systems?

Any input is appreciated, hope you're having a good quarter! And happy mid-terming South Campus :P

More qualitative, learning the "not extremely technical" geographic economic terms, such as economies of scale. There will be graphs and analysis, but minimal math (terms like GDP .... PPP .... CPI). There could be lots of reading ... but I never took Sivak or know anyone who had.
