<p>I have this class as one of my backups and I just became enrolled in it after being on waitlist. To anyone who went to the first class, what happened (what was discussed, guest speaker today, housekeeping stuff for enrollment, etc.)? Wasn't able to go because I was waiting about another course I would rather have. Thanks for any info you have.</p>
<p>No laptops, take notes, only test (our final) is 4/21, only scantron you can use is the one that’s green on one side and purple on the other side, usually will have one speaker or sometimes it’ll be a debate, can’t always tell you in advance who the speaker is because there might be protesters, and will be podcasted but its only audio so anything on visual will still open to be on the final.</p>

<p>not that day. and doubtfully ever, he said the only reason to come to class and not stay home listening to the podcasts would be because any visual elements of the presentation that day wouldn’t be on the audio-only podcast and those would be open as questions on the final.</p>
