Poli/Sci + Econ major/minor or International Relations major at JHU

I will attend Johns Hopkins University this fall, and am thinking about possible majors already as a result of possible scheduling issues. My interests are in political science, international relations, and economics, but I'm not sure as to which combination of these three I should take. With JHU's strong reputation in IR, I feel pressured to major in IR(which has components of econ, poli sci, foreign language, and history), but I really don't want to take any more foreign language after 5 years in high school. How would my job/grad school prospects be hurt if I majored in political science with a concentration in International Relations and possibly minored/majored in economics, instead of the straight IR major? I am looking to work in some type of international policy field(not foreign service) and hopefully grad school or law school. From what I hear, investment banking would be terrible for me, but some other type of financial/economics related field might also be interesting.

Basically, is foreign language THAT important?

Thanks

Knowing most Americans, you'll probably be able to do just fine with only English if you're sticking to foreign policy.

What interests you so much about international relations? It seems strange to me that you are considering a career in dealing with other nations but won't bother to learn another language.
