Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone could help me with the canceling policy. I signed up for three SAT II's. I changed my testing schedule and I need more time to prepare. I want to cancel two of the three and take those two in June. However, I still want to take one of the three tests. The CB says they cancel ALL results of each test taken that day. Is there ANY way I can still take that one test and cancel the others???

I have been told that you can show up and take 1 of 3 or 2 of 3 and its not cancelling them because you will never fill out the answer sheets.

So if I show up and just take one of the three. It can still be scored?

i'm in the same position, i signed up for 2, but only want to take 1. Worst case would be i switch subjects and take the bio sat instaed of physics.

You can go to the test center, take your 1 or 2 tests and then leave. This is not considered a cancelation of scores - you dont have to tell the proctor or do anything special. The rule with cancelation pertains to going to the test center, sitting through and taking 3 tests and then asking to only have one of them scored.

what are you planning to do hey?

Thanks tanman. Last question..sorry to bug you. So if I just take my one exam. The two exams that I don't take are completely disregarded...as in no score at all? I definately don't want a 0 on any heh.

So I go in, take one test, and leave? That's it?

I was planning on taking math 2 and then switching physics to biology(i think i'll still do bad, but better than physics).

do colleges care if you bomb the first test, but do well on the next? i don't know if i should take the 2nd test or leave.

Correct.....

On test day, simply take the test(s) you want to take. There's no need to contact us.

thanks, do you have a link to the faq?

actually, will not taking it tomorrow count as being absent?

does anyone know if you have to take the SAT II test first if your only taking one?

Even if you only take 1 test, it will be scored but you know that you won't be refunded the fee for the other two tests, right?

yeah. which is the price I pay for not putting enough thought into the time I needed for preparation. eek but I'd rather lose those few bucks then risk a score I'd be unsatisfied with.

so i ended up taking math and bio. i think i did pretty well on the math. I had no clue what i was doing on bio, though.
