<p>Pretty simple… which is better at the undergrad?</p>
<p>I won’t really be basing my decision on this, but it’d be nice to know.</p>
<p>I got into both John's Hopkins and Penn, except mine was for Economics. Still, I visited both schools and researched all departments before making my decision. Johns Hopkins has a good program, but I found Penn to truly excel in every area/department.</p>
<p>JHU's PSCI dept is probably better</p>
<p>But also consider that its faculty is divided between its Baltimore campus and its SAIS school in DC, so all the greatness derived from its reputation may not be as immediately available to you as it would at a school in which everything is on a single campus.</p>
