Basically, I'm Nelson Mandela. Awesome.

I took it again and got this:
Economic Left/Right: 5.38
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 1.69

around Tony Blair, which is much closer to me

but I have decided that this test is ridiculously biased
I took it and answered all "strongly disagree/agree" and made it the most rightwing, extremist answers I possibly could...and I got Economic Left/Right: 8.66
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 5.43

which was right around G.W. Bush, which, I'm sorry, can't be him. biased-ness on the part of political compass.

and then i answered all extremist left and I got

Economic Left/Right: -8.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -8.62

which was way farther down than the rightwing version was upward...so the test is skewed to give you a more liberal answer

I'm sure its soomehow based on the answers. Maybe some of them require an agree rather than a strongly agree to be most extreme? I don't know...

I tried to get the most conservative answers and got 8.88, and 7.74. Its even more conservative than your "most conservative" attempt, so I guess it just depends on how you answer the questions. We could just be thinking that some questions are conservative when you're actually liberal...?

haha, i've been accused so often of being a liberal in disguise as a conservative

but I'm really not
just culturally I'm very involved, so everything relating to the arts I answer liberally, and it comes out skewed

I guess so far I'm still the most conservative? I guess I'll really enjoy Gtown then :)!

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -8.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.77

Turns out that I am quite the communist/anarchist. Much more Kropotkin than Stalin. Less fascist, more anarchist. A little more extreme than Gandhi, interesting.

alukaszeicz, is gtown really supposed to be more conservative? i sort of got that impression from when i visited and i've heard that said before, but what makes you draw that conclusion?

As someone who lives about 30 minutes from Georgetown and is super familiar with the DC area, I can't believe that Georgetown would be a conservative campus. The DC area is far too liberal for that. I'd definetely say if the campus is leaning towards anything it's liberal. Thank goodness for that.

Well, since its Jesuit, its more conservative than the typical college. That being said, its not really conservative, its probably more centrist (leaning towards conservative).

Anyone else want to do the test???

Economic Left/Right: -5.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -5.79
I never realize how liberal I am until I take things like this or get in arguments with right-wing people.

i thought i was pretty conservative and i turned out with
economic 5.25
social 4.72
pretty accurate i suppose (i found some of the questions a bit amgibuous)

Your political compass
