Political Science vs. International Relations

Can someone please help me compare the opportunities of each field? I plan to go to grad school and hopefully end up teaching at a college-level, but if that doesn't work out, what kind of opportunities will I get from each field of study (political science vs. international relations) if I don't plan on going into law?

Thank you.

Let me give you a good start:
Think about those big international companies. They need people to do marketing right? Well part of the marketing is to be part of the culture there.
PS and IR seems like law and politics, but in fact think of it as “negotiation”.
You can be part of the marketing team with your IR expertises.

United Nations is another good path to PS and IR.
Most PS and IR find jobs in government and non-profit agency. But moreover, business sector also demands PS and IR people.
PS and IR can be quite useful for MBA people :)

Thanks for the reply!
