For those of you who self study, do you learn a course that is offered at your school or a new one that interests you? If it's not offered at your school then where do you take the exam?

4-5...I'm certain about AP French Language, AP Music Theory, and probably AP Art History. I'm hoping to get recommended for AP U.S. History and AP European History ( I LOVE American and European History). If I feel I can handle it senior year, I might also take AP Environmental Science. And my school doesn't offer AP English, but they offer the chance to take the test in Literature (?) which I really want to do.

Junior -
AP US History
AP English Lang
AP Chem
AP Spanish IV (split into 2 years...take AP after 2nd yr)

Senior -

AP Environmental
AP Calc AB
AP Spanish V

8 tests total. Only one AP was offered for sophomores which I didn't take.

Soph: 1

I'll have eight out of eleven. I'd love to have all of them, but I'm unable to due to not having enough space for them.

more or less 8...actually 8 for sure..not including dual enrolll and self study

I'll have 10

I don't know if I should post my classes, they might create another "disruption". Ask me if you want to know, otherwise, I won't be posting it because I'm not a normal kid.

soph-5
junior-7
senior-7
total-19
(IB and AP classes)

30...........

Sophomore - four APs (calc, engl, ush, chem).
I'm probably going to take full schedule at CC for 11th and 12th grade.

PS.Masterus, in fact, I have never seen your classes so if you would posted them that would make situation clear.

I will have taken 8 AP exams by the end of senior year. Come May, I will be taking 7 exams, meaning that I will be extremely grumpy and frazzled...

You have Mr. Chipset except I moved up in Latin and Spanish, that's all.

I will have taken either 11 or 12 - one sophomore year, five this year, undetermined number next year.

I'm hating life right now.

Why do you people take 5 in one year? Do you really want to suffer that much?

The MAX anyone should take, in my opinion, is 4 (in one year of course).

You're asking for it when you take that many (unless you take easy AP classes like Art Studio or Psychology).

AP Comp Sci is a junk course, that's why. The teacher admitted that we'd learned 80% of the material we need to know last year in Computer Science I.

But, I hate life nonetheless.

Well, it's not like it's impossible. I guess if you don't mind not getting any sleep, then go ahead.

I have trouble staying awake by 11:00.

I will have taken 5 ap courses by the end of senior year. This year I have AP Comp sci. Next year I will have ap english, spanish, calc, and either physics or bio.
