30 min. to 2 hrs. tennis daily, depending on amount of homework.
usually 4 hrs. of tennis on Fridays :)

Almost never.

Never except for when I have to (gym class every day)

I basically get to school early just so I can do stairs and walk around the hallways, because I know I won't have time to exercise when I get home. Once in a while I do have time to run.

Oh. I do sports though. LOL.

HALO 2 = strong thumbs -? does that count ?

I used to run for about .5 to 1 hours 2-3 days of the week, but with it being winter, it's so hard to go outside and take that run. So really, unless walking around campus counts or standing for 8 hours at work counts, I don't really exercise. Unfortunately. :(

During football it was 5 days a week of 2.5 hour practices (including lifting and conditioning) and a three hour game every friday.

Now that that's over, I'm basically a lazy bum. In the two weeks since our last game, I've lifted/ran once. I'm starting to get tired of apathy, so I think I'll start working about for about 1.5 hrs thrice a week.

cross-country, indoor and outdoor track = 2.5 hrs 6 days a week even though it should be 7..... we all need a break

Yeah, I guess walking around school and stuff counts, but doesn't everyone have to walk to lessons anyway? Wow - training for athletes must be hectic!

breathing excercise 24 hours/day

With the numbers listed here, I'm surprised I don't see more bulked up dudes and chiseled six-pack girls walking around the halls.

0...unless walking to certain places and climbing steps and the occasional driving counts. That is, until badminton season.

Anyone else here have high metabolism? I've literally pigged out too many times to count with food that would make the average teenager puke...yet I'm still as skinny as a stick.

Really none...I should start, though. I just bought an exercise bike, but I think the noise it makes angers the people downstairs... Darn universe!

Cycling team: 7 hours per week/every week for the past 5 years.

walking is cool

Umm 35-45 miles a week so idk… 7-8 hours? Plus warm up and stretching
And 2 hours weight lifting…

Also since it’s summer I’m doing a lot of frisbee and other stuff

20 miles biking if I have time and am not lazy that day.

lately ive been running 3 miles a day, used to run 5-8 miles a day, but i dont have the time[babysit a small child known as my brother]

I don’t exercise at all :[
I’m trying to start though!
My fairly fast metabolism saves me though, thank goodness.
