300 situps, 20 pushups (I have weak arms…), and 15 minutes on a rowing machine. That’s every morning.

I do more on days when I hike, run, or ski. And I’m currently taking a required gym class over the summer to get it out of the way, so I’m doing 3 hours a day.

I run for about 30 minutes every other day, and go to the gym for an hour every other day. Nothing much, just enough to burn fat and gain muscle.

Because I used to wrestle, I exercised strenuously for at least 3 hours a day and hardly ate. I did this for 5 years. Because wrestling is over, i decided to wait a long time before I exercised again. Although I’m getting have this really bad itch that says I need to exercise again because my 6 pack is fading away.

Depends on the day. At my laziest, I do maybe 45 minutes to an hour or so of weightlifting coupled with jogging(/occasionally walking if I’ve just eaten) for an hour to 2, at my most active I do 6-8 hours of hiking (with a backpack across terrain with a solid amount of elevation change).

I do something active for at least an hour probably every day, or at least six days a week. Usually lifting, but i play basketball, tennis, and ultimate sometimes also. Sadly I am still out of shape, don’t do enough aerobic exercise.

I play basketball for about 2 hours everyday then I go and lift weights for about an hour 4-5 times a week. If i don’t play basketball, I either run for about 5-6 miles (about 35 minutes) or if I want to take it easy, I’ll just shoot around with my lax stick with some friends for like 30-45 minutes, practicing new dodge moves. lol I’m pretty worried about when I go to college just because I know I won’t be able to keep up this much exercise and I definitely don’t want to gain the freshman 15.
