Which do you prefer more: writing papers, or solving math and science problems?

My vote's for math and science problems.

Papers: 0
Math/Science problems: 1

Which do you prefer more: writing papers, or solving math and science problems?

My vote's for math and science problems.

Papers: 0
Math/Science problems: 1

Papers: 0
Math/Science problems: 2

Yep.

Papers: 0
Math/science problems: 3

Same here.

Papers: 1
Math/science problems: 3

Papers… which is odd because I’m a bio major and I don’t mind doing problems at all.

I guess papers because I like the feeling of producing an excellent, polished end product that is the result of careful editing and research. Gives me a better chance to show my abilities.

Papers: 1
Math/Science problems: 4

Give me thousands of problems over a 30 page essay that needs to have ‘x’ amount of words when I can relay my message in ‘x-y’ words; I’m no BS artist.

Papers: 2
Problems: 4

Most college essays have VERY loose word/page counts, and the good professors value concise writing.

Papers: 3
Problems: 5

I voted for problems. I updated the papers count because it seems like GoldShadow’s vote got lost.

Papers: 3
Problems: 5

I voted for Papers. If its as in essays not research papers. Either way I don’t particularly mind but… I prefer writing but I’m “better” at math; however; I get flustered easily w/ problems.

but I kept the number the same cause GoldShadow’s vote was counted..

^Gold Shadow’s was counted. Then I added kayleigh’s. Mine is the corrected version.

Papers: 3
Problems: 6

I’m voting problems because I’m tired of writing at the moment. I’ve been doing really good on essays lately, so I’m tempted to say writing, but I am ready to do some math/science again!

Papers: 3
Math/science problems: 7

On another note, I just finished my paper for my class and I feel relaxed and so happy about it!

after all the math I have done in my undergrad. Id love to write a paper.

Papers: 4
Math/science problems: 7

you guys who couldn’t add 1+1 to get the right count for papers should probably think twice about doing all those math problems =p

Personally, I like writing, doesn’t really matter what it is. I’m not a machine at math/sci problems and I make way too many careless mistakes

Papers: 4
Math/science problems: 8

My writing is really horrible and the thought of writing my degree thesis this year scares the **** out of me.

Papers: 5
Math/science problems: 8

…and I’m an engineering major.

Papers: 6
Math/science problems: 8

Papers: 6
Math/science problems: 9

Papers: 6
Math/science problems: 10

Papers: 6
Math/science problems: 11

Uh…both? Writing these Math proofs is kind of like writing a paper…
