UPENN. I live on Penn’s campus, and i know a lot of Penn kids, and it’s AWESOME. Not only that, there are so many research opportunities there! My scientist used to work at a lab at Duke, but then transferred to UPenn. And it’s in the city, so there is always something going on, not to mention the diversity in Philly. But seriously, it’s up to you :]

As much as I admire Ben Franklin, I’ll go with Duke.

1) I love the South.
2) If you want to see students losing their minds, go to Durham during the NCAA. Dukies love their basketball.
3) I’m not a fan of Philly.

People…he’s a rising sophomore. Even if he decides which he likes more now, his favorite is bound to change over the next two and a half years. Makes no sense to me…

Duke because I “feel” it.

^^Exactly

I wanted to go to Harvard super bad

Now I i want to go to U of Chicago

I love the North. The South is to quite for me. And the winters aren’t as brutal. And being a URM there are still some racist down there that might come get me in my sleep lol jk… but that can happen anywhere

Thank you everyone for your inputs. Though I am only a rising sophomore, I like to have the feeling if having that one university I desperately want to get accepted to. I know it sounds dumb considering a might get rejected, but I am prepared for rejection at any university.

Once again, thank you everyone. I know everyone has their own reasoning for their decisions, but thank you anyways.

By the way, I’m a girl.

You need to find this out for yourself by visiting/learning more about their schools instead of asking mostly uninformed HSL’ers. Even asking the respective CC forums for the schools would be better.

Friend of mine just chose Duke over Penn and he is delighted with his decision. Duke in a heartbeat.
