POLL: What is your opinion on back to back classes?

I love back to back classes - I hate gaps. I’ve had situations where my professor rescheduled a class to happen in the afternoon (rather than its usual morning time) because of a guest lecturer/presentation/etc and I had ~3 hour gap between my last class and the lecture, and it was terrible.

Getting all of my classes finished in one single swoop means I have solid “class time” and “free time” that can be used for anything. I wish I was the type of person who could be really productive during breaks, but I can never motivate myself enough to get anything meaningful done in 1-3 hours. I always end up just wandering aimlessly around campus.

Definitely back to back. Gaps feel like I’m wasting my time.

Yeeps, gaps are evil unless they are 1 hour long, which is a great length to not get everything crammed at once.

I have a gap between my 9 am and 11 am, which isn’t too terribly bad. I would prefer to have an 8, 9, and 10 and then be done at 10:50, but it isn’t so bad.
