Pomona/Caltech 3-2 Engineering Program Question

I realize this program is primarily meant for those who wish to have the "LAC" experience as well as enter engineering school but my interest lie in the field of applied physics. I was wondering how strict the program requirements were as far as sticking to an "engineering" degree.

Also if there is anyone who has completed this program or knows someone who has please feel free to share personal thoughts/opinions about the overall program (feel free to PM if you feel that is more appropriate)

im posting this under both the Pomona and Caltech forums.

many thanks

The only thing I can really help you with is tell you that technically, applied physics is in the department of engineering and applied sciences. Therefore, it is reasonable to think it might be eligible for 3/2. Applied physics is hard here though. I only know two applied physics majors, and both of them are very good at physics, even by Caltech standards.
