<p>Annafc - I logged into the received ‘checklist’ online account thing they emailed a few months ago (if that’s what you meant) just to see if it gave any hint of a rejection/acceptance but it just said exactly what it said before … so no luck!

<p>@spark - I would so do that! Explain you’re not sure that your decision will get to you any time soon due to unreliable mail or something.</p>

<p>In response to other replies; I wish you guys luck and thanks to the essay comments! I wasn’t actually expecting readers. x)</p>
<p>And if I remember correctly, my letter was dated February 8 and delivered on the 11th/12th, though I am not sure whether it was postmarked the 8th or the 10th. My guess is letters will arrive on Monday, when Mudd’s arrive.</p>
<p>Letters were mailed Fri 22nd afternoon. In Seattle, I’m expecting Mon. Pitzer mailed at the same time.</p>
<p>I am in pitzer but denied at Pomona . Got mail yesterday in southern cal</p>
<p>Very happy with pitzer 45k/ yr fin package include Trustee scholarship. This yr pitzer acceptance rate is 14.6 %.

<p>I applied ED to Pomona and got deferred, and I have to say I am expecting the same fate as you, @SoCalGirlNguyen</p>
<p>@rincehori: never know… Keep your head up. But this yr I heard acceptance to college is very brutal across the board thou . Most of the kids I know in my school sat> 2100 rejected from Ucla , one kid with 2320, and Ucla was his safety.</p>
<p>And I got waitlisted a lot of places.</p>
<p>Yeah I was deferred ED at Pomona, waitlisted at CMC and idk about Pitzer yet. Will probs get Pitzer and Pomona Monday.</p>

<p>Getting deferred ED means you probably have a decent shot rincehoro, just stay optimistic and hope for the best! (That goes for everyone else anxiously waiting, too!)</p>
