4.0 gpa unweighted, I’m applying test optional! My main ECs involve being a nationally ranked athlete (I’m being recruited) and the lead bassoonist in my school’s wind ensemble. I’m super interested in economics and music and will probably major in Econ and minor in music.

Nice starts. How do you like their music dept?
Their music department seems great, I haven’t talked to any faculty but from what I’ve researched it’s a great program. They offer free lessons on all instruments for school credit and have both non-audition and audition-only ensembles.
