Pomona, do I have a chance?

This is more stress than I can handle right now.

Ok so I'm applying to Pomona (ED), Reed, Occidental, Claremont McKenna, Whitman, UC Berkeley, UCSB, Cal Poly SLO, and Pitzer.

-1500 SAT
-790 Math 2c, 750 Writing, 710 US Hist.
-GPA 3.51 W (I slacked off a LOT freshman year)
-UC GPA 3.75
-Took most difficult course load
-Will have 7 APs and 4 honors by Grad
-I come from a nationally ranked public highschool in So. Cal. (top 15 in the nation)
-Upward trend in grades
-My highschool doesn't rank

-I have great recs
-Great Essays

ECs
-Eagle Scout (fortunately, this is one of the most respected ECs in the college admissions process, especially at Pomona and CMC, I talked to admissions reps)
-200+ service hours
-Founder of guitar club and philosophy club
-Played guitar since I was a freshman
-Scuba dived around the world
-Worked at an architecture firm over the summer (prospective career)

I have more ECs but I only listed the ones that are really important to me and that I have dedicated a significant amount of time to. I know my GPA is a bit low and it is definately the chink in my armor, but I have talked to admissions reps and private college counselors and both say that colleges only really look at your sophomore and junior years, they might take freshman year into consideration, but it's not that important. Oh I forgot to mention that my highschool had a lot of acceptances from the colleges on my list.
-3 were accepted to Pomona from my school last year
-46 to Berkeley
-2 to Reed

I know I'm probably freting more than I should, but the whole process is really starting to get to me. Thanks for your help.

Come on someone has to have an opinion
