I just submitted the common app plus supplement for Pomona EDII, and I stumbled upon this Pomona College

Do I really have to send in all my FAFSA+aid forms by the 28th as well?

According to the site, FAFSA is due Feb. 1, probably because your parents will not have received their 2008 income statements until sometime in January.

well it says feb 1 for rd applicants and dec 28 for ed2.

^^^Could it be the CSS profile you're thinking of and other tax forms? Read the link you provided again.

Oh okay so I still needed to send the others in?
Crap... I guess I'll just do it by RD deadline.

^^do it asap, but first call the office and explain your misunderstanding with the fafsa (which is due 2/1 at any rate)

I called the admissions office, and they said the EDII deadline for css profile is Dec.28th, and FAFSA is Feb 1st.

Erg... I somehow thought all that stuff was due in Feburary. Apparently Cornell's was due yesterday too...

Don't worry too much. Call Pomona/ Cornell asap and get it done asap but it will probably not affect whether either of the schools begin to evaluate you for admission. Financial aid is separate from admissions and they just need the material complete in time to give you an offer if you are accepted. Good luck!

Just send it in as soon as you can. They'll be swamped, literally opening envelopes and filing, for a little while. It's not impossible to get in if your app is late; just don't wait too long.

I enclosed a letter for Pomona apologizing for the late package, and I actually sent Cornell's in on time (Due 5th). Thanks for your help guys!
