My interview went very well, and I'm sure that my essays will be well received as well.

I realize that my numbers aren't very stellar, but is it at least a high reach for me?

Feedback would be appreciated.

Let’s be frank. The numbers aren’t so good, but you have a shot, if a long one. Don’t start buying Georgetown merchandise, but don’t write it off entirely.

i am in the exact same boat
but you took more IBs than i have in APs
plus your rank is really high for a 3.5. I have a 3.5 but my rank is top 33% of ~850

i applied EA to Government-College (was going to do SFS but didn’t want just international politics) but was deferred :(

good luck

Your ECs may make up for your GPA and test scores, so I think it will come down to your essay and whether or not the admissions officer likes it or not. Also the rec letters will probably help you out, so you are a contender, but it is definitely a reach with your scores.

I don’t think these ECs are above average for SFS, honestly. Definitely a reach, but there are no cutoffs. If they want you they want you.
