Idk, it is only happening when I’m on college confidential, no other websites. Tried a couple of scans for malware, can’t find anything.

For me, when I’m on CC or a couple of times in all this time we’ve been complaining, when it’s an open tab.
I’ve also found the offender in my history file, deleted it. Cleared all cache and cookies. Problem still happens. It’s been relentless over the last day or two.
I can give that url that shows in history.

These redirects seem to coincide with the appearance of the giant ads. It all started at the same time.
It started before those. But it’s possible this nuisance is coming in via an ad supplier. I was free yesterday, after trying some things but don’t know if it’s something I did.
Cuz it’s back today.
The mobile site is unusable. This is my 3rd attempt to write this post because the stupid virus pop up keeps interrupting.
@CCadmin_Sorin I can attest to the fact that these pop-ups on mobile are Non-Stop. Happens on Chrome it happens on Internet Explorer it happens all the time. Only on this site. One of your advertisers has an embedded virus.

It’s a javascript redirect in the Ads. It’s malicious.
CC should complain to the Ad supplier.

Why are there two threads on this topic here in this sub forum? I got a pop up ad this morning on my ipad and went to find the thread to report it, only to discover there are two.
Guess what I just got? The spam pop up…I won some prize…NOT!
I’m afraid to say out loud that I am not getting the pop ups any more. But now there are ads inserted in the thread. Which I guess is preferable to the pop ups but also a bit of a pain.
I have not upgraded to the latest iPhone iOS update, if that makes a difference.
I’ve merged the two.
Now if you (well, Tech support) can fix the problem…
