<p>Is it true that if you indicate that your intended major is pre-med (or something else very popular) then you will have less of a chance of getting in?</p>
<p>I put Econ major and got in. UMich has rolling admits which means one thing, Apply ASAP!!!!</p>
<p>Hmm. I don't believe so. I don't believe readers are told to "downgrade" your application because you wanted to be premed.</p>
