<p>Did one have to apply for this or was it just given to them?
In addition is it too late to apply for a PRG?</p>

<p>There was a box to check on their suppliment to the common app for the PRG.</p>

<p>deadline was apr 2. =/ there were apps online so i guess anyone could apply. mine was mailed to me though, i guess so the kids they thought were interested in applying wouldnt forget about it.</p>
