Is anyone else’s applicant portal saying that their ACT or SAT score is missing even though they sent it? I took the ACT in October 2016 and chose OSU as one of my free score reports. The other three schools have received my score. Is this due to lag time in the portal being updated or is it an issue with the score being lost / misfiled? Just asking before I contact the university 
How long ago did you complete your application? It takes a couple of days for everything to get loaded into the application tracker after you submit your application.
I completed it a week ago. My portal was updated today and my transcript was marked as complete… ACT score still marked as incomplete.
In case you haven’t seen it, this is what the OSU website says about items listed as incomplete. Although it says it can take 1 to 10 days to match items up, my son’s ACT showed as complete in a couple of days. I’d say contact admissions later this week if it isn’t resolved.

Lag time: When transcripts, test scores, fees or other items are submitted to your Applicant Center, they must be processed and matched to your application. It can take from 1 to 10 days for us to complete this step.
Problem with an item: If we receive an item but it’s incorrect or insufficient, we will add a “Comment” to your Applicant Center telling you what we need. You can find the comment by logging in and clicking the “More” link in the To Do List."
