hi
i have been working on my portfolio for 2 months now n i want to post it online for ur comments. im new here n i dont know how to upload my portfolio. in a previous post, someone said something bout PM...can anyone tell me what it is n how do i do it?????

PM is a private message. Left click on the person's name that you want to send a PM to and click on send a private message and from there, it's self-explanatory.

thanx a lot USCArchie...

i would really appreciate any comments or suggestions....

Can I have a look. I'm a junior in high school also creating my portfolio.

anyone else???

can i take a look? thanks in advance

I'll take a gander at it.

I'll take a look if you want. Email (JadeFire19 @ gmail .com) or PM me.

Let me know if you want a detailed critique or just some general comments.

Just finished an in class project portfolio with my prof. I may be of some assistance. Go ahead and PM me.

I reviewed your portfolio.

My four favorites are:

-Man walking down the street.
(Shows buildings; very important)

-Tea kettle and peppers
(nice shade and shadow)

-Indian woman
-Mouth
(shows you can draw on the fly. Hint came from the folds in the paper)

Just remember they want to see some drawings of buildings. Good 0-10 contrast is needed on all drawings especially pencil. 0 being white 10 being like a 4B pencil.

Find out from the University whether they want originals or copies. Also, the format you put the pictures in matters. Have some sort of introduction page listing what is in the portfolio. You may want to title the drawings also. Make the porfolio fairly large; 11x17 is good. Umm...just make it look cool and unique. That's the best advice I have.

thanks a lot brothel
i have made some wall hangings (tapestry) as well..do u think the adcom will b interested in needle work???
